2001 Shirt

Here's a nifty shirt from the turn of the millenium. The background color is different, but otherwise, it matches a bumper sticker from the same era.

2002 Shirt

We like this shirt. So do our listeners' dogs. Check it out.

Winter 2003 Shirt

2003 was a bumper year for WORT t-shirts! This one came out early in the year (sported by current Board member Jane Richard). Then there's the...

Fall 2003 Shirt

The Radio from the Roots motif was a popular one in 2003, showing up on posters, t-shirts, even coffee mugs. This shirt was also available in green.

2004 Shirt

In 2004, we took the risky step of going with a yellow t-shirt. Sure, it's not the most flattering color on some people, but we liked it anyway. The slogan on the back is "Tune in to Change"... clever, eh?

2005 Shirt

Lynda J. Barry hooked us up with this terrific design in honor of our 30th Anniversay. So we put it on our "30 Years in Your Ears" t-shirt. This is a fantastic design.

2006 Shirt

These shirts were made in a women's sewing cooperative in El Salvador. Unfortunately, the sizes were much smaller than we expected, but at least they were sweat-free.

1990s Shirt

Not sure exactly what year this one is from, but we figure sometime in the 1990s. It's being shown off here by Manikin the Mannequin.

1990 15th Anniversary Shirt

Way back when the station was just a lil' teenager, this was our Anniversary shirt. It was designed by a friend of the person who painted the mural on our building.

Working on a building...

Back in 1982, WORT moved out of its studios on Winnebago Street and into its current space on Bedford St. All the folks who came out to help us build internal walls at the new building, move equipment, set up studios, paint the walls, and so on got one of these shirts.
